FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can my current patients still book?

Yes. An appointment type closed to new patients stays bookable online for patients who already have a record with you. Only new requests go through the waitlist.

Can I close just one of my appointment types?

Yes, each appointment type has its own rule. For example, you can keep your follow-up sessions open for booking and send first consultations through your waitlist.

Does the invitation go out automatically when a spot opens up?

No, you stay in control. You choose the person, confirm, and they receive an email that opens booking for them on your page.

What happens if my calendar is completely closed?

Visitors can still join your waitlist from your page. You invite them once booking reopens.
