Synced with Google Calendar
Reminder sent · 2 days beforeYour sessions, your time off and your personal Google events, all on one screen. When two things overlap, you see it right away.
One click, one appointment. Click any empty slot to add a session. Four views, from a single day to the full week, and a “now” line that shows where you are in your day.
Time off goes in as fast as it comes up. A training day every week, a week away, a colleague covering for you: a few clicks and it's done. And if an appointment already sits in that window, the calendar flags it before you save.
On your public page, patients choose the type of appointment, the location that suits them and a slot that's genuinely free, worked out from your working hours and existing appointments. No calls to return, nothing for you to confirm.

First consultation
“A first appointment to get to know each other and agree on goals” · 60 min
Adult session

New requests for this appointment type go through the waitlist: leave your details and you will be contacted as soon as a slot opens up.

Any appointment type can be closed to new patients. New requests then join your waitlist, while the patients you already see keep booking online.

While the patient confirms their details, the slot is held for them. Two people can never book the same slot.
Your main office, a second office, online sessions: each appointment type runs where you decide, with its own length and, if needed, a different fee for each location. Patients only see what matches their choice.
Time off can also apply to just some appointment types or locations: the rest of your calendar stays open for booking.
Sync works both ways: your personal events block your availability, and your sessions appear in your Google Calendar. Check your day wherever you like, with nothing to enter twice.

Added a dentist appointment in Google? That slot disappears from your booking page. And if two appointments overlap, the conflict is flagged.

A personal event clashes with a session? You'll know straight away.
As soon as they book, patients receive a confirmation and can add the appointment to their calendar in one click. Reminders then go out on their own: a week before, two days before and on the day itself. Fewer missed sessions, without playing receptionist.

Some locations and appointment types
When patients book, those slots carry a badge: “Slots marked ⇄ are covered by Paul Martin.”
For sessions already booked, you decide case by case: keep them, let the patient know about the cover, or cancel and notify them.
When booking is closed to new patients, every request joins a dated list that you manage, and you invite whoever you like as soon as a spot opens up.
They sign up
Visitors leave their details on your page and are told they'll get an email as soon as you open booking for them. If you've set up your intake questionnaire, they fill it in there and then, so you know what the request is about before you even offer a spot.
You're notified
You get an email as soon as a new request comes in, and it's waiting for you on your waitlist.
You invite
The list is sorted by how long people have been waiting (“waiting for 3 weeks”). When you invite someone, they receive an email with a link that opens booking on your page.
The spot is filled
Each request keeps its status, from “Pending” to “Booked.” You always know who's waiting, for how long, and who has already been invited. A spot that opens up gets filled without a single phone call.

They can't happen: two people can never book the same slot, and a booked slot disappears from your availability straight away. When you have no availability left for new patients, their requests go to your waitlist.
One action takes care of it: every patient gets your apology and, if your page is published, a link to book again. For longer time off, close your slots or arrange cover, and patients can see which slots your covering colleague will take before they book.
